1. How To Use: Wash your body with a body cleanser and rinse it with lukewarm water to remove sweat and impurities.
2. Put a small amount of body scrub on your hand or an exfoliating glove and gently rub it on your skin in circular motions for no longer than 30 seconds.
3. Rinse the body scrub off thoroughly with warm water.
4. Pat dry your skin gently with a towel.
5. Apply a moisturizer or a body oil while your skin is still slightly damp.
